Frequent Rental Questions

Where are your buildings?

Most of them are in Philadelphia's exciting University City District, right around Penn.

When can I see a unit?

Feel free to walk in during our regular office hours. Let us know you're coming if possible. We should also be able to accommodate you in the evenings and on Sundays as long as you schedule an appointment.

I'm a student. When should I start looking?

December and January are the best months to make your housing arrangements for the next school year. This is when we have the most listings, and due to the seasonal nature of the market, we must rent on a first-come first-serve basis. So come and find your new home before Winter Break.

Rentals go fast. How do I reserve one?

To take a unit off the market we ask that you sign the lease, provide the security deposit (equal to one month's rent), and prepay for the first and last months of your rental term.

How do I renew my lease?

To make sure your unit doesn't become available to the public, we ask that you sign the new lease and update your security deposit and last month's rent to their new values. Due to the seasonal nature of the market, we must insist on a December 1 deadline with no extensions. Sorry.
